CANCELLATION TERMS

up to 2 month before arrival –> free cancellation
from 60 days to 31 days before the day of arrival –> 50% of the total amount
from 30 days to 8 days before the day of arrival –> 70% of the total amount
from 7 days before the day of arrival –> 90% of the total amount
Later arrival or earlier departure
100% of the total amount will be charged

Change & cancellations is only valid in writing form!
The General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry apply (AGBH 2006).

We recommend you to take out a travel insurance policy. Please find the link from the Insurance Company: Europäische Reiseversicherung

PAYMENT TERMS
In order to fix your booking, we ask you for a deposit of 40% of the total amount to our account. The remaining amount will be paid by bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival or cash on the day of arrival!
We do NOT accept credit cards, bankomat cash cards, checks or foreign currencies.

DOUBLE ROOM PRICES
Room prices are per person and day incl. breakfast buffet. The resort tax is NOT included. Prices subject to change.

APARTMENT PRICES
Apartment prices are valid for the indicated number of persons per day – exclusive of food arrangement, resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning. The end-of-stay cleaning fee amounts to € 15.00 per person and stay. Prices subject to change.

RESORT TAX
The resort tax of € 4.-- per person and day is charged separately. Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.

SHORT STAY SURCHARGE
For bookings up to 3 days we charge a short stay surcharge.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Time schedule for rooms and apartments:
- day of arrival: your room/apartment is ready from approx. 2.00 pm
- day of departure: please leave your room/apartment by 9.00 am
Please inform us in advance if you arrive after 6.00 pm.

EXTERNAL GUESTS
Please do not take any external guests to your room or apartment. Thank you for your understanding.

PEACE AND QUIET
Please be quiet in the whole house and at all times of the day. Our guests enjoy their well-deserved vacation and look forward to a relaxing stay and a good night's sleep. Avoid making noise especially after 10.00 pm and don't disturb our guests' sleep.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT
Skis, snowboards, ski boots, bicycles, ... can be stored in the ski and bicycle storage room in the basement. It is not allowed to take winter sports equipment to your room or apartment.

ROOM KEY
In case you lose your room key you will be charged for its replacement.

SMOKING
Please note that smoking is NOT allowed in our guesthouse. Enjoy your cigarette either on the balcony or in front of the house.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT IN APARTMENT
On arrival / check-in a deposit of € 200.00 must be paid per apartment in CASH. The full deposit will be refunded if you leave the apartment undamaged on departure / check-out, and if you have separated your waste correctly. Due to strong smell it is not allowed to cook fondue or raclette in our apartments. Thank you in advance!

OTHER DETAILS
One parking lot per room is available for free directly at our house.

DOGS
Sorry, dogs are not allowed. We reserve the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract if you bring your dog. We charge the booked period.

DAMAGES
In case some furniture is damaged in rooms, apartments or the entire house the estimated amount of damage has to be paid in CASH on the spot by the person(s) involved.
